液压扳手

润滑:所有的运动部件都应定期涂上优质的二硫化钼或相应的润滑脂,在混杂环境条件下,清洗和润滑工作应经常进行。

液压油管:每次工作后应检查油管是否存在断裂与泄漏的情况,定期清洗变脏的接头。

快速接头:接头应保持清洁,不允许沿地面拖拉,很小的尘埃都可能导致内部单向阀的失效。用高质量的密封材料进行密封。直插快装接头,安全,快速,可靠。

弹簧:安装于驱动棘爪与反作用棘爪之间的弹簧,如果有能力,最好两年检查、更换一次。

油缸密封:如发现泄漏,建议将密封圈及产生变形的组件全部更换。

结构件:工具的结构件,一年应检查一次,确定是否存在断裂、缺陷、变形,如有这些情况,需立刻更换。

DH型及HH型动力头之旋转接头:定期检查旋转接头,如发现泄漏,应更换密封件;如在接头本体上发现裂纹,需立刻更换旋转接头。

清洗:用无腐蚀性的清洗液浸泡液压构件,清洗后用液压油擦拭干净。

液压泵站

液压油:液压油应在连续工作40小时后彻底更换,或者每年更换一次,始终保证油箱充满液压油。

快速接头:接头应定期检查,防止泄漏,接头应避免弄脏,不要使外物入内,使用前应擦干净。

压力表:压力表为充装液体的湿式压力表。如果液面下降,表明压力表外漏。如果表内有液压油,表明压力表内部失效,需及时更换。

泵站的进油口滤网:正常使用时,滤网最好两年更换一次,如果频繁使用,则需经常更换。

马达(气动与电动):马达轴与轴承应每年清洗及加润滑油一次。

遥控开关(气动):连通遥控开关的气管应定期检查,以防阻塞或起结。如果气管弯曲或破裂,则需要更换。遥控手柄上的弹簧载荷按扭在操作困难的情况下需要检查。

空气阀(气动):该阀应每年检查两次。

电驱、转子(电动):年检。

泵组:每次工作,泵组油箱温度过高时(大约70℃)应停机待其冷却后再进行工作。泵组每两年应仔细检查一次,该检查最好是厂家或者合格的液压服务中心进行。

Hydraulic wrench

Lubrication: all moving parts shall be regularly coated with high-quality molybdenum disulfide or corresponding grease. Under mixed environment, cleaning and lubrication shall be carried out frequently.

Hydraulic oil pipe: check whether the oil pipe is broken or leaking after each operation, and clean the dirty joint regularly.

Quick connector: the connector shall be kept clean and shall not be dragged along the ground. Small dust may cause failure of internal check valve. Seal with high quality sealing material. Straight plug quick fitting, safe, fast and reliable.

Spring: the spring installed between the driving pawl and the reaction pawl. If it has the ability, it is better to check and replace it once every two years.

Cylinder seal: if any leakage is found, it is recommended to replace the sealing ring and the deformed components.

Structural parts: the structural parts of tools shall be inspected once a year to determine whether there is any fracture, defect or deformation. If there are any, they shall be replaced immediately.

Rotary joint of DH and HH power heads: check the rotary joint regularly, if leakage is found, replace the seal; if cracks are found on the joint body, replace the rotary joint immediately.

Cleaning: soak the hydraulic components with non corrosive cleaning fluid, and wipe them with hydraulic oil after cleaning.

Hydraulic pumping station

Hydraulic oil: the hydraulic oil shall be completely replaced after 40 hours of continuous operation or once a year to ensure that the tank is full of hydraulic oil at all times.

Quick joint: the joint shall be inspected regularly to prevent leakage. The joint shall be free from dirt and foreign matters. It shall be cleaned before use.

Pressure gauge: the pressure gauge is a wet type filled with liquid. If the liquid level drops, it indicates that the pressure gauge is leaking. If there is hydraulic oil in the gauge, it indicates that the pressure gauge has internal failure and needs to be replaced in time.

Filter screen at the oil inlet of the pump station: in normal use, the filter screen should be replaced once every two years. If it is frequently used, it should be replaced frequently.

Motor (pneumatic and electric): the motor shaft and bearing shall be cleaned and lubricated once a year.

Remote control switch (pneumatic): the air pipe connecting the remote control switch shall be checked regularly to prevent blocking or binding. If the air pipe is bent or broken, it needs to be replaced. The spring load button on the remote control handle needs to be checked in case of difficult operation.

Air valve (pneumatic): the valve should be checked twice a year.

Electric drive, rotor (electric): annual inspection.

Pump set: when the oil tank temperature of the pump set is too high (about 70 ℃), the pump set shall be shut down for cooling before operation. The pump unit shall be carefully inspected once every two years, preferably by the manufacturer or qualified hydraulic service center.
